How the Couple Met: Back in 2017, Sarah Hyland tweeted at Wells Adams and they started hanging out and became a couple ever since. PEOPLE Magazine has their Twitter exchange. Wells Adams, 35, proposed to Sarah Hyland, 28, on a private beach in Fiji. And they called friends via Facetime, flashing the oval engagement ring. It was adorable.
